15. Jimmie Johnson – 2,000 points

The mission for Jimmie Johnson simple: survive the opening round. After that, he gets to some tracks where he’s traditionally had speed. The problem is, most of Hendrick Motorsports has mysteriously lacked that speed for much of the season, which will make Johnson’s path towards a record eighth series championship markedly more difficult. Still, Johnson thrives under pressure and can never be overlooked, not to mention he is the only driver to make every playoff in NASCAR history.
