Joey Logano locked himself into the playoffs by virtue of a big win at Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway in May, but he hasn’t had a lot of prowess on any of the downforce or intermediate tracks this season. While a second-place finish at Darlington (S.C.) Raceway a few weeks ago was promising, Logano and crew chief Todd Gordon look to need a little bit more if they hope to get all the way back to Homestead again.
