10. Erik Jones – 2,005 points

Erik Jones may only have 14 top-10 finishes so far this season, but he’s peaking at the right time. He grabbed his first win at Daytona Int’l Speedway in July and has five finishes of eighth or better in the last six races. Don’t count Jones out when it comes to making a late push; he’s had great success on the short tracks in his career and both Martinsville and Phoenix could loom large if he makes it to the round of eight.
