7. Justin Haley, 2,009 points
Nineteen-year-old Justin Haley found his way into the playoffs by virtue of a breakthrough win at Gateway Motorsports Park and seems to be peaking at the right time, with seven-consecutive top-10 finishes entering the postseason.
In fact, Haley’s seventh-place finish in regular season points was largely skewed, as well. Back-to-back results outside the top-20 at Atlanta and Las Vegas early in the year put him in a big points hole, but the youngster clawed his way back nicely. He’s got the same equipment as GMS Racing teammate Johnny Sauter and could be a threat.
