ANDERSON, Ind. — Report and photo by Race Chaser Online Managing Editor Jacob Seelman —

Action for Anderson Speedway’s Wednesday night Must See Racing 60 program is currently in a weather hold.

With sprinkles in the area all day, a steadier drizzle finally began falling around 5:45 p.m. local time, just prior to the scheduled start of Must See Racing Sprint Car Series time trials. Cars were rolled to the grid in hopes that the track was dry enough to roll the 12 cars on-site through their drills, however drivers reported back that the track was too wet to push off, leading to the stoppage.

Track and series officials are still hopeful to complete the entire program this evening, including the Mel Kenyon Midget Series and the Must See Racing Sprint Car Series, with an expected window to dry the track and compete opening up around 6:45 p.m. local time.
