Polesitter Kyle Busch continued his impressive show of speed during Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series final practice on Saturday afternoon at Pocono Raceway, topping the field as he seeks both his and Joe Gibbs Racing’s first win of the season.
Stewart Haas Racing’s Kurt Busch stormed to his first NASCAR Sprint Cup Series win of the season in Monday’s rain-delayed, rescheduled Axalta “We Paint Winners” 400 at Pocono Raceway, leading the final 32 laps of a fuel-mileage run and holding off fan-favorite Dale Earnhardt Jr. by 1.127 seconds at the checkered flag.
After eight tries and a pair of runner-up finishes at the ‘Tricky Triangle’ last year, Grant Enfinger finally crossed Pocono Raceway off of his ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards bucket list on Friday afternoon, pulling a page out of Indianapolis 500 winner Alexander Rossi’s playbook to do it.
