German Quiroga was the first driver who failed to advance out of the opening round of qualifying, bumped out in the final 30 seconds by Parker Kligerman and relegated to the 25th starting position with his best lap of 23.590 seconds (133.531 mph).

Quiroga is subbing for the injured Matt Tifft at Red Horse Racing, and making just his second Truck start since Homestead in 2014. He finished eighth at Texas, also in the No. 11 Toyota.

Jordan Anderson (26th, Bolen Motorsports) and Derek Scott Jr. (27th, Young’s Motorsports) were additional notables mired deep in the field, and both young guns will be looking to make their way forward in the field over the course of 200 laps. Scott is making his NASCAR national series debut this weekend under the tutelage of team owner Tyler Young.

Donnie Levister was the only driver who failed to qualify for the 32-truck starting field.
