Just one day after Brad Keselowski led the charge in revitalizing the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race format for 2016 (more on that here), the Sprint Cup Series’ perennial Most Popular Driver may have had a dream about what fans can expect for next year’s edition of the non-points classic.
Okay … not really, but we’ve got to admit — this one is pretty darn funny.
Junior posted on Twitter Saturday morning about a dream he had regarding NASCAR’s All-Star night, and while we don’t know where said dream may have come from, we do know it left us with a stitch in our side and having to pick ourselves up off the floor by the time we were done reading about it.
See for yourselves! (WARNING: slight language advisory)

Junior, we don’t know how this idea popped into your head, but we do thank you for the incredible dose of humor you’ve injected into all of our days by sharing it with the world.
To note, the 2016 NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race format, vastly reworked from the recent decade, features two 50-lap segments with mandatory pit stops prior to 15 laps left in each segment. Following segment two, a random draw will bring at least the top nine cars (potentially as many as 11) down pit road for a required four tire pit stop, leaving the rest of the field out on-track with older tires. A 13-lap dash to the finish will then decide the winner of the event, who claims a cool $1 million check as a result.
