Joey Logano

He may call himself the favorite to win the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series title, but Joey Logano has been widely viewed as the wild-card entry in the Championship 4 since he bumped Martin Truex Jr. out of the way to win at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway three weeks ago.

Logano has had the most time to prepare for Homestead, but he’s also the only driver among the title contenders who hasn’t stood in victory lane at the 1.5-mile South Florida oval. Should he do that Sunday night and defy the odds, Logano will join the ranks of the elite with his first NASCAR championship.
