CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Speed77 Radio/Race Chaser Online release — 8Star Motorsports photo —

A live interview with Scott Hargrove, who has inked an eleventh hour deal to race for 8Star Motorsports in this weekend’s Indy Lights season-opener at St. Petersburg, highlights tonight’s round of Motorsports Madness, beginning at 7 p.m. Eastern on the Performance Motorsports Network.

Hargrove will join co-hosts Jacob Seelman and Tom Baker to talk about how the deal came about and what he expects going into the first race weekend of the 2015 season.

Seelman and Baker will also discuss Brad Keselowski’s theft of the Western Swing finale in Fontana on the Cup side, as well as those late-race debris cautions and the fan outcry against inconsistent calls in NASCAR to kick off the 2015 season and Jake Weimer and Trey Canard’s terrifying crash in the weekend’s Supercross event in Detroit.

Joel Sebastianelli and Ryan Kent will return to the Roundtable to preview the St. Petersburg event weekend, as well as look at the pretenders and contenders going into the 2015 American open wheel season, Steven Ovens will drop by to talk dirt and break down the controversial World of Outlaws finish from Stockton Dirt Track on Saturday night and James Pike slides in to talk NASCAR as well as Marcos’ Ambrose shocking decision to step away from V8 Supercars competition temporarily.

As always, commentary on all things motorsports is also possible during the fastest motorsports show on the web — including NHRA Drag Racing, the ARCA Racing Series, super late models, supermodifieds, Global Rallycross and much more!
