Check below for photos from the opening night of competition for the Bojangles’ Summer Shootout for Legend Cars and Bandoleros at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Among the victors were several first-time Shootout winners — including Daniel Wilk in the Bandolero Bandits and Stevie Johns Jr. (Semi-Pro) and Dawson Cram (Young Lions) in the Legend Cars.

He is studying Broadcast Journalism at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, S.C. and also serves as the full-time tour announcer for the Must See Racing Sprint Car Series.
